What Archer is
Archer is a beta AI support assistant for verified VetlinkPRO clinic customers. Its guidance is based on VetlinkPRO Version 7 and Vetlink's public help content. It should not be relied upon for clinical decisions.
What we collect
- Your sign-in identity (email) and clinic/branch association, to grant access and personalise support.
- The messages you send in the chat, to answer your question and improve quality (conversation scoring).
- Standard security/operational logs.
Please do not enter sensitive personal or clinical information in the chat. The conversation is processed by our AI provider (Raia) to generate responses.
Human oversight
Archer is in beta with human-in-the-loop safeguards: you can reach a person at any point, and conversations may be reviewed by Vetlink support staff for quality and follow-up.
